Kalaria Forge Pvt.Ltd. is a ISO 9001:2000 certified forgings manufacturer, located at Shaper (Veraval) industrial Zone in Rajkot District - India. The company started its operations in August 2004, and since has been growing at a fast track.

Majority of operations are carried inhouse which ensures quality forgings. Faciilty includes Advance Forge shop, Die shop, Chemical & Metallurgical Lab., Cutting & shear shop, an efficient heat treatment shop, Crack detection(MPI), fettling shop along with shot blasting machine. The Company has a capacity of forging 300MT per month and has a team of about 90 members.

Company has cover 4000 sq. yards of workshop space and working round the clock (03 shifts). Our major product line includes closed die & open die forgings as per customer's specification or sample in ferrous & Non-ferrous metal for application in Automotive, Pole line transmission, Machined Tools & CNC turned components.

News ( Updated on 25/08/2009 ) : Kalaria Auto Forge Pvt. Ltd. - As a part of business expansion plan , construction of new factroy shed and installations of new machinery is under way. At Kalaria Auto Forge Pvt Ltd. we will be forging automotive components weighing upto 50 Kgs and the plant is scheduled to commence around January 2010.
